The Eurozone Crisis: the seeds of the crisis and current economic and legal issues

In this seminar, Jason Valoti, from our London office will discuss the way in which countries may withdraw from the Euro and also consider the effect that Eurozone shocks, including withdrawal from or the restructuring of the Euro, may have on contracts (including sale contracts, ISDAs and bond documentation among others).

Jason will also discuss the potential effects of a withdrawal on the operation of businesses both locally and internationally, with relevance to us all here in Asia.
